Quarter Wagyu Beef

Our 100% full blood Wagyu Beef Quarter package consists of:

•  25% Steaks
  • New York Steaks
  • Rib Steaks
  • Tenderloin/Filets
  • Sirloin Steaks

•  35% Roasts and misc. cuts.
  • You will receive a variety of 2-3 lb.:
    • Roasts
    • Short Ribs
    • Flank Steak and/or Brisket 

•  40% Ground Beef
  • 1 lb. packages of Ground Beef
     

Each cut is individually wrapped, with the exception steaks which generally come 2 per pack.

This package will take up to 25% of small upright freezer and is recommended for families of 3 to 4.
