Half Beef

Our 100% full blood Wagyu Beef Half package can be custom cut to your specifications:

• Our Steak cuts consist off:
  • New York Steaks
  • Rib Steaks
  • Tenderloin/Filets
  • Sirloin Steaks

• 2-3 lb. Roasts, Short Ribs, Flank Steak and/or Brisket 
• 1 lb. packages of Ground Beef
   
• Each cut is individually wrapped, with the exception steaks which generally come 2 per pack

This package will take up to 50% of large upright freezer and is recommended for larger families
